I want to thank you so much for your purchase from Evergreen & Aspen. It means so much that you have a piece of art for your home that you love and are proud of. If you have questions about your order, please read the following information or contact me at katie@evergreenandaspen.com at any time.

May I return my museum poster?

Museum posters are printed as ordered just for you, however they are eligible for a return or exchange for 7 business days after receipt. As we do not keep stock to minimize any print damage, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. Please return in the original packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

May I return my Framed or Signed Fine Art Print?

Framed and Signed Fine Art Prints are printed as ordered just for you and are considered final sale.

Artwork didn't arrive? Damaged?

We are so sorry to hear of this happening and know it can be very frustrating to deal with.

Please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number. As sometimes the package arrived at the wrong location. They can locate and retrieve it for you. Please be sure your address is correct upon ordering as we cannot supply with free replacements.

If your print arrived damaged, please contact the carrier first. Secondly, contact us as we may be able to help on a case by case basis. If we do offer a new print, please send the print back in the original packaging and provide images showing the damage.

Framed prints are considered final sale. However, contact us as we may be able to help on a case by case basis. Please retain the original packaging and provide images showing the damage.

My Museum Poster or Fine Art Print doesn't work in my space - Help!
