 All photos are printed on Moab Lasel Photo Matte Paper. 230 gsm weight and 11 mil thickness.

// Do you offer other sizes that aren't listed?

We are happy to discuss custom sizes. Please contact us for a quote. Please note that other sizes may require different paper or framing due to size limitations. 

// Why are is the sizing not the same for all the images?

We want you to have the best quality image possible. The sizes are all based on cropping and specific image resolution. 

// Will my image look different in person?

We attempt to show the best image possible but due to all monitors not being the same, we cannot guarantee that your image may not have some differences. 

// Do you offer framing?

At this time, framing by request only. Please contact us for a quote hello@evergreenandaspen.com. 

// Do you offer downloadable prints?

All new works will NOT be offered as downloadable prints. 

// How long will it take for me to receive my Print?

Please allow 3 weeks for your print to be printed and for you to receive it. Due to all prints being made just for you, all prints take a minimum of 48 hours to print. If you need your order expedited, we are happy to help! Send us an email hello@evergreenandaspen.com. 

//What do I do if my prints are damaged upon arrival?

We strive to package everything with love and care, however, sometimes things happen in transit. We manage this on a case by case basis. Please contact us at hello@evergreenandaspen.com and we are happy to help.
